Total Professions.com Spotlight on…Healthcare

…Healthcare

This month Total Professions, provider of professional careers advice, puts the spotlight on the healthcare sector (medical and allied health) where professions can be challenging yet rewarding and worthwhile. We give a more detailed overview of the sector on the site, including information about jobs and salariesroutes and qualifications; funding and support. We also give you an idea of what it’s really like working in healthcare and link through to ourcareer videos for this sector. Don’t forget to also see our information on careers that can follow medical training.

In this bulletin, we focus on careers in some of the more alternative healthcare careers: regulation and chemical sciences, as well as information about support for two more traditional options: medicine and support work.

Our monthly careers bulletins (click here to see past issues) focus on a different sector each issue, to help careers advisers and professional bodies to guide students in their pathway to a profession. As well as the articles here, don’t forget to scroll down to link straight through to more of our news for careers advisers as well as job, internship and apprenticeship listings, and links to our social media channels.

Look out for our October issue which will cover careers in HR and Employment. Do let us know what you think of the newsletter by emailing editor@totalprofessions.com or tweeting@TotProfessions. Also keep up with our November event for careers advisers and professional bodies, Pathways to the Professions, by following #pathways2professions
