Our Christmas Projects are running in Fiji, Ghana and India and are open to volunteers of all ages.

These projects are structured to allow you to make the most of your time overseas and they run from 21stDecember 2014 to 3rd January 2015.

You can choose between Care & Community work or a Medicine project and no previous experience is required.

So what are you waiting for?

Elective Placements in Jamaica
Medical Electives

Did you know that Jamaica was one of the first countries to adopt a national health service? With its well-equipped hospitals and clinics you are sure to gain valuable experience on your Medical Elective Placement.

Projects Abroad has 20 years’ experience working alongside medical professionals and our staff will tailor a placement to meet your requirements.

You can choose to rotate through a number of departments or focus on your chosen specialism. Nursing Electives are also available.

If Jamaica doesn’t tempt you then we also have Elective Placements in 16 other destinations across the developing world.

Shark Conservation in South Africa
New Project Alert!

Following on from the success of our Shark Conservation project in Fiji, a second project will be launched in February 2015 – this time in South Africa!

Together these projects form part of theProjects Abroad Global Shark Campaign– a global initiative in 18 countries across 4 continents.

South Africa has long been known as the home of the mighty great white shark and so this project is ideal for anyone with a passion for marine wildlife.
