French Masterclass at Aston University
Wednesday 16 December 1.15 pm – 3.15 pm
This masterclass provides an excellent opportunity for students to learn about France’s rich culinary history, the language of low and high cuisine and how food and drink can acquire deep political and cultural meanings and evoke strong feelings.
Aston’s Masterclass Programme provides stimulating workshops from Aston University academics at the forefront of their subject area. These free sessions offer a great opportunity for Year 12 and 13 students to enrich their current studies and to discover more about studying a particular subject for Higher Education.
