The website allows you to watch interviews with 39 successful women working in science at the University of Oxford and hear their perspective on the shifting culture of science at Oxford, publishing, obtaining fellowship funding, career progression, taking parental leave, mentorship and more.
The project had a particular focus on the medical sciences division in the current set of interviews although the team behind the site hope to expand this resources to another areas in the future.
The hope is that this resource will help address the under-representation of women in the sciences in the UK. To understand why it is important watch the film below from the Vice-Chancellor at the University of Oxford, or view it on the website here.
