Global business and hospitality summer programs 2017

Burnett globalGlobal business and hospitality summer programs 2017

Designed for students who are thinking about a global career in business or hospitality, these summer programs  introduce students to the business aspects of the hospitality industry, enhance their multicultural skills and global perspectives, and show whether a degree and a career in the industry are right for them.

  • Glion Summer Academy: students take part in a two week program that gives a perfect insight into the world of luxury hospitality, and a taste of what an undergraduate business degree entails. The first week is in London and includes field trips to world-renowned hospitality companies. The second week is in Switzerland where students will learn how to put an event together, visit local attractions and see first-hand how Swiss chocolate is made.

Both programs are taught in English and are open to students aged 15 to17. The programs can be used for the residential part of the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Any student who enrolls onto a Les Roches or Glion undergraduate degree program will have their Summer Program fees deducted from the first semester’s tuition fees. For more information and advice, please email:
