Our 2021 Pre-Vet Summer School will be Online
After extensive discussions across the RVC; we have decided to host our Pre-Vet Summer School online in 2021. In the current climate we believe this is the safest environment for everyone involved and we look forward to building on the success of our Online Pre-Vet Summer School in 2020 (to get a taste of the 2020 online event please watch the video below); which allowed us to provide an insight into veterinary medicine with students from across the globe.

Online Pre-Vet Summer School
Join us* for an exciting five day Online Summer School. Successful applicants will gain an insight into our Veterinary Medicine Pathways, as well as the veterinary profession through:
- LIVE presentations every day between 2:00pm – 5:00pm (BST)
- LIVE Interactive Seminars (1-1.5 hours) on Tuesday – Friday** (based on the time zone you are accessing it from)
- Access to OPVSS Website which will feature recordings of the presentations and other resources
- Get a taste of student life at the RVC
- Meet our student ambassadors, academic and support staff
- Make friends from around the world
*We will be using a combination of Microsoft Teams and Zoom to facilitate the delivery of this online summer school.
**Summer School students accessing the content from the continents of America will access Seminars on Monday – Thursday
NB: As this is an Online Summer School it will NOT count towards our applicant Work Experience Requirements.
